Laundromat FAQ
We are open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Last wash is at 9:00 p.m.
We are both! You can use coins or our laundry app to start our machines.
Our laundromat is always attended so you can ask any of our friendly employees any questions that you may have.
Our machines are Speed Queen Quantum Touch washers and dryers. They range from 20 pounds to 100 pounds and have user friendly touch screens.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime during operating hours: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
We offer a large selection of laundry products, including Tide, Clorox, Downy, Suavitel, Ariel, All Free & Clear, Dreft, OxiClean, and Snuggle.
There is a $25 minimum for wash and fold orders.
Your clean clothes will be ready for pickup in 24 hours. Same day turnaround is also available for a small upcharge and your clothes must be dropped off before noon.
Never. We never mix our customer's laundry. We know that this leads to mix ups and cross contamination.
Pickup & Delivery FAQ
We offer our laundry service Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Yes, there is a $45 minimum order for our pickup and delivery service.
Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It usually takes less than 2 minutes.
You do not need to be at home to use our service. When you place your order, tell us in the "Driver's Notes" where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Make sure that it is a secure location. bluespring laundry is not responsible for stolen laundry.
We want to do your laundry just the way you like it. When you place your order, there is a section called "Preferences". You can let us know if you like your laundry done a certain way. These preferences are saved, and your laundry is done this way every time.
You do not have to sign a contract and you can discontinue service at any time.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag. It doesn't have to be fancy; a trash bag will do. Just be sure that it can be cinched closed, so nothing spills out.
If you a recurring customer and you plan to be out of town during your service period, you can log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
